By accessing or using ApplyIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ApplyIQ is a job application tracking platform that allows users to log, organise, and analyse their job applications using AI-powered tools. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Upload content that is malicious, harmful, or violates third-party rights

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate match scores, cover letters, and interview questions. This content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted data) are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApplyIQ and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
